❓ Question 1 - How do I configure Linked issue type ?

Answer: In the configuration section of Linked SLA Panel simply select Issue link type and click Save

  • From the main menu go for the Settings > Apps

  • Under user installed apps click on Linekd SLA Panel

  • This will display App details with button Configure

  • Click on Configure button

  • This will display configuration for Linked SLA Panel

  • In this section simply select Issue link type and click SAVE.


❓ Question 2 - Where to see linked sla’s in my SLA panel ?

Answer: If correctly configured linked SLA app displays linked SLA’s in separate Linked SLA panel on the right section of displayed ticket


❓ Question 3 - I don’t see linked SLA panel

Answer:

  • To display linked SLA’s there must be applied issue link between Jira Service Management ticket with some SLA’s and another work item.

  • I you have correctly applied issue link SLA’s from linked Jira service management issues will display in linked issue in separated panel Linked SLA


Question 4 - Linked SLA Panel is empty

Answer: This means you have no linked SLA work item or your linked work item does not contains any applied SLA

Answer: You have to use Link work item from the related work menu. Linking work item is an official function from Atlassian and you can find more information on official documentation:
