How Linked SLA Panel works
The Linked SLA Panel app allows you to display SLA targets from Jira Service Management (JSM) from linked work items. After your work item is linked with another one our app will start displaying SLA’s from linked work items.
Display Linked SLA Panel
Our app use native work item linking functionality to display SLA targets from linked issues. To display SLA’s you first need to link work items.
To be able to link work items, you must have Link work item permission.
1. In your JSM ticket where is applied SLA target click on Link work item button located in top menu.
Now you have 2 options:
Option 1 - Link existing work item
2. Choose Link work item type which you defined in configuration of this app during Installation.
Search for work items you want to be linked
Click on LINK button
Option 2 - Create linked work item
Below choosing existing work items click on Create link work item
System will display Create linked issue window
In field Created issue choose Link work item type which you defined in configuration of this app during Installation.
Fill all other fields and click on Create button
Once linked, system will display Linked SLA panel from linked work item as you can see on the image below.
