Installation
Download and Install: Find the Linked SLA Panel app on the Atlassian Marketplace and install it in your Jira environment.
Configure Settings: After installation head for the configuration section. Select Issue link type and click SAVE.
You can create a custom issue link type which will be used across your instance only for displaying SLA’s following official documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-linking/
Link issue: Once you have configured Issue link type, SLA Panel will be displayed on issues that has this Issue link type associated to you ticket’s where SLA target is applied.
Start Viewing SLAs: Begin viewing SLA targets in your linked issues.
